As a CTC Organizer, Paul builds relationships with community members, nonprofit leaders, and other stakeholders to work towards developing strategies that will address the needs of youth and families in East Harlem and Staten Island. He has always felt a passion towards making a meaningful difference to support struggling community members. Paul loves that The Foundling due to it’s long history uplifting families in NYC and hopes to develop himself into a leader in his community. In the future, he hopes to continue his work in community organizing, but would also like to be married and purchase his first home.
Paul, who is of Jamaican and Cuban descent, attended Queensborough CUNY for his undergraduate degree. To decompress and relax from work, he enjoys watching one of his favorite movies or a documentary. His mother is his role model in life, and he looks up to her for guidance and support.
