LIVED EXPERIENCE
Lillian’s lived experience is based in her experiences navigating the mental health system for myself, my students, and my friends. She has experienced and seen first-hand the physical and emotional harm done by the stigma surrounding mental health. She works to exemplify someone who has healed from trauma and now extends a helping hand to others in need.
