Originally from Rockland, NY, with Dominican roots, Scarly now calls The Bronx home. She has a deep passion for facilitation, training, and supporting youth and families, making her a perfect addition to the team. Drawn to The New York Foundling’s values, Scarly feels aligned with its mission and is eager to make an impact.
In five years, she envisions herself as both a mother and a homeowner—building a future filled with love and stability. To unwind, you can find her singing karaoke, dancing, or playing the flute. She credits her mother as her biggest inspiration for the way she loves unconditionally.
A graduate of North Rockland High School, Scarly continued her education at Fordham University and brings her passion for youth advocacy to this role.
